SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY Last updated: March 2026
ORDER PROCESSING
In-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Thai public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Some items in our store are available as pre-orders. Pre-order items are clearly labelled at the time of purchase.
All pre-order items will be delivered by 30 April 2026. We will do our best to dispatch earlier where stock becomes available ahead of schedule.
Once your pre-order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this notification.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together when all items are ready, unless you contact us to arrange a split shipment.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are from dispatch date.
Thailand: 2–5 business days Southeast Asia: 7–14 business days Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days United Kingdom & Europe: 14–21 business days United States & Canada: 14–21 business days Rest of World: 14–28 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by customs processing, public holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost paid at checkout.
We are unable to predict or control customs delays. If your package is held at customs, please contact your local customs office directly with your tracking number.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email first.
If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged after successful delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
CANCELLATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES
To cancel an order or update your shipping address, please contact us before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect or cancel it.
Pre-order cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the dispatch date.
